I held off on opening at the start of the night with a cloud and some radar returns to our SE that I wasn't sure weren't going to move over us.  Better safe than sorry during monsoon season.

Started sprinkling around 04:30.  Building rain sensor did not go off.  We were closed already.

We had radar returns to our E, N and W that appeared to be moving towards us.  Light rain at 04:55.  I called the night at this point.
