Then the clouds and seeing got worse and worse. Radar threatened to bring storms our way but none of them actually got close enough to bother us too much (other than the clouds). B-half observations were difficult through the clouds, but we stayed on sky and got our photons. NM01 finished up early and handed over to NM07; since both are NMSU programs I did not adjust observation times. At 03:08, obsA disconnected from TUI. I was able to reconnect immediately. TUI on my laptop (on the APO-unifi network) did not disconnect. Dome mac seems to have been disconnected as well. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:53 arctic 510( 1627) 51 61 21.2 21.6 22.1 21.3 21.1 SDSS_r 0.82 01:28 ecamera 348( 302) -71 44 17.8 17.9 18.6 17.8 18.1 Clear 1.99 Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 74 41 2 158 (SSE) 1605 ptly cldy none 17:00 80 42 15 215 (SW) 1529 ptly cldy none 18:00 73 40 4 185 (S) 1497 ptly cldy none 19:00 72 40 10 143 (SE) 1368 ptly cldy none 20:00 71 38 12 149 (SSE) 1312 mstly clr none 21:00 70 38 14 170 (S) 1335 clear none 22:00 68 39 20 126 (SE) 1716 clear none 23:00 66 37 18 126 (SE) 1876 mstly clr none 00:00 66 36 7 156 (SSE) 1645 mstly cldy none 01:00 64 36 7 183 (S) 1639 mstly cldy none 02:00 64 40 14 18 (NNE) 2360 mstly cldy none 03:00 65 39 8 4 (N) 2150 mstly cldy none 04:00 66 38 1 102 (ESE) 1900 ptly cldy none 05:00 66 37 4 180 (S) 1678 mstly clr none 06:00 66 37 6 110 (ESE) 1571 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
