Observing Specialist: J.Dembicky

I checked out all of the internal lamps for KOSMOS by taking spectra of each lamp.  All worked fine. I also confirmed the truss lamps all worked.

Finally opened around 03:00.  

I reconciled the focus with Kosmos as reference for ARCTIC, and then copied that to all the other AECTIC inst blocks.  I also adjusted the NA2guider instrument block while I was at it.

Kosoos focus at 325um

@3:20 the ARCTIC LL quad was reading around 288ish counts, it was saturated at checkout this afternoon.

ARCTIC focused @ 404, adjusted so best focus is now 332.
NA2guider focuses adjusted so best focus was around 325.

Next I performed the NA2 rotator focus check. The guider needed a startNubs to get it working again, it worked fine at checkout.

Results for all tests tonight sent ot the 3.5m engineering staff.

No telescope problems tonight.  
No Echelle IOL since the lamps are not working yet.  We need this fixed.  PR sent.
