(I didn't get the focus properly recorded, but seeing was measured at 1.08" arcsec.) Then around midnight, an outflow from a distant storm triggered some precipitation nearby and we had to close again for a while. Once the outflow passed, we opened again to worse seeing and more clouds. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 03:48 kosmos 425( 1197) -74 60 14.6 14.3 15.1 14.2 14.1 - 1.58 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 72 35 9 142 (SE) 1149 mstly cldy lt rain 17:00 75 35 7 178 (S) 1089 mstly cldy none 18:00 74 35 3 237 (WSW) 1151 ptly cldy none 19:00 68 39 13 130 (SE) 1205 ptly cldy none 20:00 67 36 9 85 (E) 1033 ptly cldy none 21:00 69 34 3 253 (WSW) 1134 ptly cldy none 22:00 68 34 18 135 (SE) 1088 mstly clr none 23:00 65 37 22 132 (SE) 1598 mstly clr none 00:00 63 40 16 85 (E) 1768 ptly cldy none 01:00 59 42 15 83 (E) 2042 mstly cldy none 02:00 57 47 24 76 (ENE) 2951 mstly cldy none 03:00 57 47 16 88 (E) 2740 ptly cldy none 04:00 59 46 11 99 (E) 2137 ptly cldy none 05:00 63 42 6 95 (E) 1718 mstly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
