Had weird issue detailed in engineering email, but it corrected itself. Tspec centerup confirmed working. Echelle appears to be behaving normally. Adjusted ecam focus and mask. Reconciled NA2Guider focus Pointing model interrupted by clouds but managed to finish and implement eventually. Tert tilts adjusted for Echelle and APOLLO Clouds on and off all night. Closed at 02:45 due to a rain cloud slowly moving in. Reopened to do some final checks before closing again at 05:30. Kept doing engineering tasks so no time lost to weather. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 22:36 guider 533( 1586) 227 42 20.7 21.1 21.7 20.8 20.8 -- 1.17 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 73 47 7 79 (E) 2488 cloudy none 17:00 75 46 7 175 (S) 2903 cloudy none 18:00 75 46 4 129 (SE) 3035 mstly cldy none 19:00 71 47 12 89 (E) 2935 mstly clr none 20:00 72 42 7 113 (ESE) 1927 ptly cldy none 21:00 71 42 9 93 (E) 2184 cloudy none 22:00 71 42 8 93 (E) 2263 mstly clr none 23:00 69 43 8 92 (E) 2766 ptly cldy none 00:00 71 43 4 62 (ENE) 2688 ptly cldy none 01:00 70 44 1 312 (NW) 2483 ptly cldy none 02:00 70 44 5 304 (NW) 2578 mstly clr none 03:00 67 42 6 219 (SW) 2553 mstly cldy none 04:00 69 42 7 268 (W) 2469 mstly cldy none 05:00 68 41 2 238 (WSW) 2186 ptly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
