Observing Specialist: H.Abbot

Mostly clear night with humidity spiking around 0300, forcing closure around 0340. 

Motion error at 70deg altitude on first slew after twilight flats, no issues until then. Reinitialised axes but kept failing to slew up. Slewed down, then up and it was ok again.

Arcsat had same issues as yesterday. 2 restarts later (so 4 total including yesterday), finally managed to get it working through the web interface. Unsure what the root causes were here. 

The telescope open status is stuck on 'closed', maybe due to the lightning strike a few days ago? Main issue with this is that ARCSAT and SONG rely on it to open. Ran ARCSAT bypass to get on sky tonight. Encountered another ARCSAT issue detailed in PR2302.
