Observing Specialist: H.Abbot

Homed secondary and tertiary during checkout to solve the GOPOS warning noted last night. 

Rain and clouds to start the night but they disappeared throughout twilight so opened soon thereafter. Humidity steadily rose until forcing closure around 2300. Wasn't able to open again due to the humidity lingering.

Arcsat had issues. Started with library support error. After restarting software, no commands issued through the web interface would register. Messages popped up saying scripts were successful, but no frames were taken and no text in the log. ACP was able to run scripts through the program itself, and running this way populated the log with text and produced images, it's just the commands run through the web interface that failed. This includes trying to use the web interface through localhost on arcsat-user.
