Mostly clear through BY04's time, but clouds kept rolling in through BY01. Persevered through the clouds since there was no risk of rain, up until 0235. Sky cleared up again at 0330 and observed through the rest of the night. No telescope issues to report. NICFPS is spitting out an "UNPARSEDTEXT" warning on every exposure, but it didn't seem to be affecting anything in the exposures. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:00 tcamera 471( 1344) -39 58 9.9 11.1 11.4 11.0 9.9 Ks 1.77 22:58 NICFPS 556( 1480) 73 43 8.6 8.7 9.4 8.5 8.6 MK-J 0.91 01:31 NICFPS 549( 1419) 18 67 8.5 8.0 8.6 8.1 8.2 MK-J 1.60 03:41 NICFPS 547( 1397) -54 59 7.5 7.4 7.9 7.5 7.3 MK-J 1.30 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 56 17 32 231 (SW) 1561 mstly clr none 17:00 58 20 24 211 (SSW) 1248 mstly clr none 18:00 54 17 25 222 (SW) 1369 clear none 19:00 53 17 17 221 (SW) 1325 clear none 20:00 50 16 20 221 (SW) 1256 clear none 21:00 50 15 18 211 (SSW) 1702 mstly clr none 22:00 50 16 13 229 (SW) 1817 ptly cldy none 23:00 48 12 10 263 (W) 1807 ptly cldy none 00:00 47 9 13 248 (WSW) 1234 ptly cldy none 01:00 47 6 17 250 (WSW) 1066 mstly cldy none 02:00 47 6 17 267 (W) 1098 cloudy none 03:00 46 9 14 264 (W) 803 cloudy none 04:00 45 12 14 262 (W) 694 ptly cldy none 05:00 45 16 13 256 (WSW) 684 mstly clr none 06:00 44 20 17 258 (WSW) 680 cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
