Powercycled dataq at afternoon checkout.

Really high klow focus (~750um) and awful seeing at the start of the night. 

Closed for dust at 22:10. Dust came back down and opened at 23:05. Dust spiked again and closed at 23:40.

It was a very dusty night, but thankfully no telescope or instrument problems.
