Observing Specialist: H.Abbot

NM02 was originally scheduled for tonight, but they swapped with NM05.

Opened at 20:30 into fast moving thin cloud. Closed again at 23:25 due to risk of rain. 

Arcsat dome error occurred while user was closing the dome. We went out to the dome, manually moved it, and it was fixed.

It never rained, but there were plenty of radar returns that kept us closed most of the night. Gave up at 5:45am.

No 3.5m telescope or instrument problems tonight
