Observing Specialist: T.Sutherland

Opened at 18:50 to clear skies for once. Weather was good all night until a fog bank came out of nowhere at 4am sharp, and I had to rush to close. Called it a night after that. 

Engineering tasks done:
- restart axis controllers, dataq, hub, tcc
- kcam focus check (values changed)
- Arctic single quad testing with different readout modes
- collimation adjustment
- pointing model implemented

To Do:
- pointing checks
- ecam focus check
- throughput
- tert remap?
- MOS testing?
- wiki updates
