Restarted kosmos-icc and restarted nubs to get it back and responsive, and reset servo deadband afterwards. Rain sensor alarmed multiple times when we were open with clear skies above and <30% humidity. Checked to make sure and no obvious moisture anywhere outside or in the (dark) dome and all seemed fine. Mostly clear A-half with scattered clouds. Rain bearing clouds started coming in early into B-half, so closed for that. High humidity followed, but then eventually subsided letting us open again around 0430 until the end of the night. Telescope and instruments well behaved throughout the night. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:10 kosmos 575( 1146) 182 36 8.1 9.6 9.1 9.3 8.3 -- 1.52 01:20 kosmos 350( 764) 86 68 6.9 6.8 7.4 6.8 6.7 -- 1.29 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 49 28 5 231 (SW) 444 clear none 17:00 49 20 6 155 (SSE) 362 mstly clr none 18:00 48 19 11 127 (SE) 287 mstly clr none 19:00 47 2 20 127 (SE) 101 mstly clr none 20:00 47 -4 21 143 (SE) 71 mstly clr none 21:00 46 -5 21 135 (SE) 66 mstly clr none 22:00 46 -5 21 138 (SE) 53 ptly cldy none 23:00 45 -6 22 141 (SE) 51 mstly cldy none 00:00 45 -6 21 150 (SSE) 74 ptly cldy none 01:00 45 7 18 159 (SSE) 66 ptly cldy none 02:00 45 9 13 162 (SSE) 49 ptly cldy none 03:00 45 33 14 176 (S) 72 ptly cldy none 04:00 43 39 12 178 (S) clear humid 05:00 43 38 13 182 (S) clear none 06:00 44 38 13 181 (S) clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
