Reset mirror covers (expected after power flickers previous night), restarted APOLLO GPS clock. Strip chart mac at 100% cpu and one of them was frozen, but after restarting the computer the stripchart program did not properly start them up again. ARCTIC LL quad fine at checkout; daytime temperatures were quite low today. I attempted to focus using the script but was foiled by really bad seeing. We had nearby radar returns and then wind gusts in the 35-45mph range for most of A-half. We opened up about half an hour before handover when the wind calmed down. We had clear skies by the time we opened, but horrible seeing.
