ARCTIC LL quad recovered by 21:00. 

Super windy all night long. Gusts up to about 65mph. We had a lot of little power flickers and a couple times where the network connection seemed to go out, but we stayed on utility power. We also had some fog and hit freezing temperatures outside tonight! We did not open.
