I had good seeing for echelle new-icc tests and collimation, then while I was taking pointing model data the clouds got worse. At the end of the pointing model I decided they were thick enough that I should close. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:13 ecamera 395( -313) 73 59 3.8 4.1 4.2 3.6 3.4 Clr 0.84 22:19 shack 465( 1387) 65 56 4.1 2.0 3.7 3.0 3.7 - 1.00 00:00 guider 433( 834) 27 72 4.1 3.3 4.0 3.5 3.9 B 1.25 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 41 1 11 308 (NW) 191 ptly cldy none 17:00 39 4 6 267 (W) 169 ptly cldy none 18:00 39 6 5 270 (W) 177 ptly cldy none 19:00 40 8 5 339 (NNW) 169 ptly cldy none 20:00 39 10 6 274 (W) 193 ptly cldy none 21:00 40 12 8 263 (W) 216 ptly cldy none 22:00 39 6 8 263 (W) 161 ptly cldy none 23:00 39 2 12 263 (W) 186 ptly cldy none 00:00 40 0 19 260 (W) 231 ptly cldy none 01:00 40 11 16 260 (W) 208 mstly cldy none 02:00 40 9 18 272 (W) 169 mstly cldy none 03:00 39 13 19 264 (W) 222 mstly cldy none 04:00 39 12 16 248 (WSW) 206 cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
