Observing Specialist: T.Sutherland

Rebooted ObsA at beginning of afternoon due to TUI and some websites not connecting/loading.

See PR2273. Secondary mirror had a collimation error: timed out during the first test slew of the night. But it behaved perfectly fine the rest of the night so idk what happened. 

WY01 finished early. GS02 would have started early, but I noticed little blips of precip on the radar nearby, so I decided to close at 20:05. It passed though and I opened again just before 21:00.

There were persistent light clouds all night. A storm started blowing in just before 4am, so I closed for the night since there was no hope of reopening.
