Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
Nice clear night, with good seeing for at least part of it!  I concentrated on tasks
that required good conditions since tomorrow may be more variable.
ARCSAT had recurring claims of weather interlocks when everything was fine.
Engineering tasks completed:
- hub restart
- tcc restart
- axis controller resets
- APOLLO observations
- Throughput on 6 star fields
- Shack collimation check
- pointing adjustment for collimation change
- reconcile KOSMOS focus with ARCTIC
- kcam focus values
Still needed:
- zero rotator
- tertrot remap / characterize problems / test approaching ports from opposite
directions?
- pointing model
- ecam focus and new maskfile
