I had to power cycle and plug/unplug the USB cable to get it working. The ALCOR computer is updating images but the web page is stuck displaying images from Aug 22. Sky cleared shortly after sunset but clouds returned 23:00 and we were no longer able to observe after 00:30. I stayed open as there were no radar returns but kept an eye on the sky just in case. At 01:40 I started seeing somߩething popping up on radar just to our east and decided to close as a precaution. Clouds rolled back in around 03:45 for about an hour. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:35 arctic 421( 1464) 125 32 15.3 17.4 17.2 17.2 15.6 4170 1.79 20:37 NA2gdr 35166(35166) 125 32 15.1 17.4 17.1 17.0 15.5 R 1.31 03:05 arctic 453( 1254) 229 69 12.7 12.8 13.6 12.9 12.5 4170 1.30 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 65 45 13 196 (SSW) 803 ptly cldy none 17:00 65 45 5 204 (SSW) 817 mstly cldy none 18:00 67 45 13 213 (SSW) 819 mstly cldy none 19:00 63 42 14 209 (SSW) 692 ptly cldy none 20:00 60 42 12 145 (SE) 736 mstly clr none 21:00 59 42 14 161 (SSE) 799 clear none 22:00 59 41 16 151 (SSE) 772 mstly clr none 23:00 58 42 20 133 (SE) 873 mstly cldy none 00:00 57 46 20 136 (SE) 1100 cloudy none 01:00 56 47 21 128 (SE) cloudy none 02:00 56 47 17 141 (SE) mstly cldy none 03:00 55 47 16 140 (SE) mstly clr none 04:00 54 47 15 152 (SSE) cloudy none 05:00 57 38 14 183 (S) 698 mstly clr none 06:00 56 37 11 185 (S) 675 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
