Observing Specialist: A.Townsend
We had a nice thunderstorm around sunset, but we got on sky with APOLLO... sort of. Laser frequency was uncooperative. But we stayed on sky for the rest of A-half and the first part of B-half. A storm came in from the northeast and though the rain didn't quite reach us the clouds and humidity did so we stayed closed the rest of the night.
Handful of motion errors tonight:
- alt 61.6 slewing dowarn first slew
- then slewed up and back down and got another at 67.1
- slewing down at 70 alt after inst change,
- at 00:34 on a long slew downward at 54.9.
Also a few tert rot errors:

At the start of the night moving from NA2 to BC1. I issued a second command from the enclosure window and it worked.

At changeover from NA1 to NA22, which didn't work even trying a few times to command it. So I walked from NA1 to NA2 port by port, sometimes having to issue the command twice from the enclosure window. That worked!
At the end of the night the observer's final bias failed as did my subsequent test bias with the same error:
