NA1 petal did not fully open the first time I opened the mirror covers with telescope at 75 alt. I cycled the covers and it opened fine. Smoke visible on horizon and on satellite around sunset from fires to the west of us. We also had a few clouds at the start of the night but they cleared out after a few hours and we had wonderfully clear skies! Except for the dust, which was elevated all night. We closed up a few times due to the dust, but everyone got at least a little time on sky.
