All-sky camera frozen. All-sky camera would not reconnect even after restarting computer. A storm kept us closed for most of A-half. We got some rain starting at 21:00, and had elevated dust all night. We were able to open once we were clear of radar with good seeing but we had clouds in and out for the rest of the night. Closed at 04:46 due to dust. KOSMOS ccd temp 179.5 at end of night. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 00:47 ecamera 124( 352) 191 77 20.4 19.9 21.5 19.7 19.7 ND1 0.68 04:30 kosmos 240( 1336) 324 55 16.4 16.8 17.8 16.7 16.4 -- 1.23 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 76 27 5 300 (WNW) 3187 mstly clr none 17:00 76 26 9 259 (W) 3040 mstly clr none 18:00 76 28 10 291 (WNW) 2850 mstly clr none 19:00 72 27 6 262 (W) 3406 ptly cldy none 20:00 70 28 3 252 (WSW) 3612 mstly cldy none 21:00 69 28 12 236 (SW) 3815 mstly cldy rain 22:00 67 30 9 35 (NE) 4784 mstly cldy dust 23:00 66 32 4 113 (ESE) 3218 mstly cldy none 00:00 68 27 1 228 (SW) 3981 mstly clr none 01:00 69 25 9 217 (SW) 4033 mstly clr none 02:00 62 27 6 129 (SE) 3810 mstly clr none 03:00 62 31 6 150 (SSE) 3542 ptly cldy none 04:00 63 34 15 154 (SSE) 3969 ptly cldy dust 05:00 60 39 16 143 (SE) 4687 ptly cldy dust Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
