During checkout, ARCTIC ion pump started sending out errors about pressure. The controller was restarting itself but was not able to stay on. Cary came in and tried restarting the controller, tapping the ion pump, and moving to the analog controller. Nothing helped. Arctic isn't on until Monday but Cary will need to come in over his vacation time to address the issue. I sent a PR (PR 2246). The weather started out with some clouds, but no real issue. They started thickening up a couple hours after sunset. GS01 gave up an hour before their time was done and OU02 was delayed starting on their field as well due to the clouds. Seeing was moderate. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:55 khigh 168( 1335) 35 72 16.8 18.6 18.9 17.7 17.2 -- 1.43 01:33 klow 277( 1312) 324 75 16.5 15.8 16.4 15.8 16.1 -- 1.28 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 72 22 22 250 (WSW) 2082 mstly clr none 17:00 72 22 17 234 (SW) 2294 mstly clr none 18:00 70 22 22 248 (WSW) 3334 mstly clr none 19:00 68 19 16 272 (W) 2807 mstly clr none 20:00 65 15 19 263 (W) 2672 mstly clr none 21:00 63 13 17 268 (W) 2509 ptly cldy none 22:00 62 13 10 271 (W) 2306 ptly cldy none 23:00 63 13 16 296 (WNW) 2349 mstly cldy none 00:00 62 12 12 278 (W) 2265 mstly cldy none 01:00 62 12 10 277 (W) 2380 mstly cldy none 02:00 61 12 11 263 (W) 2442 ptly cldy none 03:00 60 11 10 265 (W) 2388 ptly cldy none 04:00 60 11 9 202 (SSW) 2348 mstly clr none 05:00 58 9 3 250 (WSW) 2358 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
