Dataq frozen with TCP/IP manager listing PMSS as Off Line. I restarted Windows within the parallels desktop and power cycled dataq on hub35m to bring it back. Adjusted Cyclope seeing monitor and it seems to be taking new measurements now. Warnings for high Agile ccdTemp most of the night (around -35 to -38). When we did get on sky with APOLLO there was an approximately 30-arcsecond change in pointing since two nights ago. TSPEC possibly shows a slight offset too, targets were landing left of the slit. BY04 observer had trouble logging in from TUI 3.1.8 on Windows; TUI got stuck on "authorizing" stage of connecting. We did service observing with observer on the phone. I restarted the KOSMOS icc and took biases about every 10 minutes all night with no problems. I reset the heater servo deadband temp at the end of the night. I also had no problems tonight loading /export/images on obsA. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 04:34 APOLLO 0( 1565) -57 24 10.9 9.8 11.4 9.6 10.3 530 2.00 05:13 tcamera 134( 1149) -57 54 10.9 9.8 11.0 9.6 10.3 Ks 1.21 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 63 17 12 264 (W) 2736 clear none 17:00 64 13 7 272 (W) 2552 clear none 18:00 65 15 14 246 (WSW) 2595 clear dust 19:00 56 18 12 85 (E) 4466 clear dust 20:00 53 21 16 83 (E) 4398 clear dust 21:00 51 21 12 85 (E) 4208 clear dust 22:00 50 22 17 89 (E) 4028 clear dust 23:00 50 23 16 85 (E) 4197 clear dust 00:00 50 23 16 85 (E) 4263 clear dust 01:00 49 24 16 102 (ESE) 4417 clear dust 02:00 48 24 11 92 (E) 4311 clear dust 03:00 48 22 12 118 (ESE) 4228 clear dust 04:00 51 19 13 145 (SE) 4027 clear dust 05:00 51 18 11 139 (SE) 3910 clear dust 06:00 52 18 10 179 (S) 3512 clear dust Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
