Restarted gcam nubs at checkout.

Nicfps cover screw still needs to be refitted with a red cap.

Recovered arctic quad. Bias levels are around 300 for all quads. BUT!!! CCD temps never got down to 182 on the ramp down, and vacuum pressure is very bad, it needs to go back on the vacuum pump before the 28th. 

Storms passing through kept us closed at the start of the night, but more or less cleared up around 23:30. Closed up at 04:20 due to suspicious clouds. Called it for the night at 04:45.

Rain sensor was going haywire again and went off when there was no humidity, clouds, or fog. See PR 2272. It was disabled for the majority of the night.
