Restarted gcam nubs at checkout. 

The night started out clear, but orographic clouds popped up after 21:00. UW06 was unable to get any data once the clouds got too thick, and handed over to UW03 about half an hour early. UW03 observed through the clouds for a while before they cleared up and we had a nice end to the night.
