After working with the onsite class for the first half of the night, during second half I was able to work on resetting the quad. There were many wi-fi drops, not only while the class was loading it with many computers, but also in the control room second half. Additional strange symptoms from APOLLO TUI controls (some commands appearing to go through but then not, or not go through but then did) may or may not have been related to the wi-fi issues. APOLLO managed to get good data almost smoothly despite the confusion. Aside from that, it was a lovely clear night with good seeing, and lots of data was obtained! ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:37 ecamera 491( 173) 8 69 10.7 12.4 12.4 12.1 11.0 Clr 0.83 18:53 ecamera 547( 144) -37 63 10.3 10.6 11.2 10.4 10.3 Clr 0.83 01:15 ecamera 434( -4) -33 45 10.1 9.6 10.2 9.5 10.0 ND3 0.91 05:30 APOLLO 450( 1764) 74 48 9.8 9.0 9.7 8.9 9.2 530 1.00 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 57 28 10 256 (WSW) 844 clear none 17:00 53 28 9 223 (SW) 790 clear none 18:00 51 27 10 219 (SW) 822 clear none 19:00 51 28 13 213 (SSW) 873 clear none 20:00 51 28 12 226 (SW) 900 clear none 21:00 51 28 14 236 (SW) 925 clear none 22:00 51 27 15 253 (WSW) 1058 clear none 23:00 50 27 13 265 (W) 983 clear none 00:00 50 27 10 265 (W) 1088 clear none 01:00 51 24 11 266 (W) 995 clear none 02:00 50 24 11 264 (W) 757 clear none 03:00 50 24 13 325 (NW) 737 clear none 04:00 51 22 17 301 (WNW) 616 clear none 05:00 50 21 15 317 (NW) 521 clear none 06:00 51 25 13 307 (NW) 658 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
