Clouds moved in around the time we switched to Kosmos. Not enough to close, but enough to be annoying. CU04 donated about 10 minutes of time to UW03 so they could finish cals. Had to restart kosmos with hubs start nubs due to a stopped exposure. Closed the dome at 6am so cals could be done. It was a good and uneventful night! ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 07:47 arctic 461( 1595) 3 39 15.8 15.3 15.9 15.2 15.4 SDSS_i 0.86 21:57 arctic 383( 1517) 2 39 15.9 15.3 15.9 15.2 15.5 SDSS_g 1.10 00:17 kosmos 223( 1272) 3 71 15.4 15.0 15.6 15.0 15.0 -- 1.50 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 70 34 2 145 (SE) 639 ptly cldy none 17:00 70 35 3 71 (ENE) 885 mstly cldy none 18:00 65 34 9 83 (E) 924 ptly cldy none 19:00 63 34 22 72 (ENE) 907 ptly cldy none 20:00 61 35 21 74 (ENE) 898 ptly cldy none 21:00 60 36 20 73 (ENE) 1151 ptly cldy none 22:00 61 35 19 73 (ENE) 1042 mstly cldy none 23:00 61 34 23 76 (ENE) 949 mstly cldy none 00:00 61 34 19 80 (E) 872 mstly cldy none 01:00 60 35 16 78 (ENE) 972 mstly clr none 02:00 59 35 21 77 (ENE) 998 clear none 03:00 59 35 22 79 (E) 1067 clear none 04:00 58 36 22 84 (E) 1055 clear none 05:00 58 36 15 58 (ENE) 1186 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
