Then, a wall of rain came from the north. I didn't think we'd be able to reopen but, miraculously, it cleared again and we opened at 4:30 am! Around 2am nicfps started sending out alarms about temperature. I went an filled the instrument and all was fine. I'm not sure what happened... Maybe I thought it was filled and spitting when it wasn't? Or I didn't tighten the screw cap enough? I filled it agin at 6am just to be safe. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 03:40 ecamera 362( 355) 16 63 14.9 14.8 15.2 14.9 14.6 NA1 1.41 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 71 49 6 181 (S) 1362 mstly cldy none 17:00 67 46 2 244 (WSW) 1343 ptly cldy none 18:00 69 47 12 216 (SW) 1395 ptly cldy none 19:00 69 46 16 216 (SW) 1355 mstly clr none 20:00 65 45 13 206 (SSW) 1203 mstly clr none 21:00 62 43 7 168 (SSE) 1085 ptly cldy none 22:00 61 43 5 193 (SSW) 1123 mstly cldy none 23:00 61 43 8 155 (SSE) 1218 cloudy none 00:00 61 43 9 152 (SSE) 1179 cloudy rain 01:00 60 44 12 71 (ENE) 1151 cloudy lt rain 02:00 60 46 7 210 (SSW) 1233 mstly cldy none 03:00 58 44 5 252 (WSW) 1221 ptly cldy none 04:00 59 46 12 189 (S) 1286 mstly clr none 05:00 59 46 9 185 (S) 1259 mstly clr none 06:00 58 48 5 192 (SSW) 4168 mstly clr dust Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
