My observer starte a series of 4 exposures with KOSMOS at 03:13:33. The exposure window stated 1 of 4 was running but the exp status reported done with no progress bar. 2024-07-02 03:13:33 CmdStarted: NM02.StephanieHo 49 kosmosExpose object time=150.00 n=4 name="ar_truss" seq=nextByDir comment="" 2024-07-02 03:13:33 NM02.StephanieHo 49 kosmosExpose i kosmosSeqState="NM02.StephanieHo","object",150.0,1,4,"running" 2024-07-02 03:13:33 NM02.StephanieHo 49 kosmosExpose i comment="" 2024-07-02 03:13:33 NM02.StephanieHo 49 kosmosExpose i kosmosNextPath="NM02.StephanieHo","","ar_truss.","0033",".fits" 2024-07-02 03:13:33 NM02.StephanieHo 49 kosmosExpose i kosmosNewFiles="NM02.StephanieHo","newton.apo.nmsu.edu","/export/images/","Q3NM02/UT240702/","",ar_truss.0033.fits 2024-07-02 03:13:33 CmdStarted: client-48 692 kosmos expose object time=150.0 basename=/export/images/forTron/kosmos/20240702T031333Z01.fits comment="" I tried aborting and starting a new exposure but it stated an exposure was still in progress (this was several mins after the exposure should have finished.). I also did not see any indication in the log 150s later that the exposure finished or was reading out. I tried reconnecting the hub and that allowed me to "start" a new exposure, well it acted like it started but I don't really think it did. Again, no exp status countdown and it just said done. I had to reset the ICC to fix the issue. Clouds and some rain tonight, mostly light rain but we did have a thunderstorm roll through. We gave up at 04:30 due to clouds and dust levels. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 70 50 14 257 (WSW) 1663 ptly cldy none 17:00 73 49 11 262 (W) 1545 ptly cldy none 18:00 72 51 13 198 (SSW) 1551 ptly cldy none 19:00 67 49 10 209 (SSW) 1579 ptly cldy none 20:00 66 50 11 226 (SW) 1568 ptly cldy none 21:00 64 50 12 210 (SSW) 1575 ptly cldy none 22:00 65 49 18 207 (SSW) 1394 cloudy none 23:00 61 53 1 348 (NNW) 1941 cloudy lt rain 00:00 60 53 5 355 (N) cloudy lt rain 01:00 59 52 5 258 (WSW) cloudy rain 02:00 59 52 7 234 (SW) 2027 cloudy lt rain 03:00 63 48 11 203 (SSW) 1917 mstly cldy dust 04:00 61 50 17 231 (SW) 5648 ptly cldy dust Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
