It mostly seemed to clear shortly after sunset and we were able to open with just a small delay. However, it started building again and we needed to close for a few hours in the middle of the night and BY01 lost all their time. Eventually it dissipated and we had lovely clear skies for the rest of the night! It looks like I didn't record the focus when we opened (I must not have hit submit) but it was 1.25" around 20:50. No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 00:43 kosmos 336( 1358) 51 64 14.8 14.3 14.8 14.4 14.4 -- 0.83 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 58 41 13 332 (NNW) 1053 ptly cldy none 17:00 59 41 10 353 (N) 884 ptly cldy none 18:00 60 39 1 141 (SE) 941 ptly cldy none 19:00 56 38 10 25 (NNE) 1278 ptly cldy none 20:00 56 38 15 17 (NNE) 1111 mstly clr none 21:00 56 37 10 1 (N) 1055 mstly cldy none 22:00 58 35 9 355 (N) 1018 cloudy none 23:00 60 34 7 345 (NNW) 1592 cloudy none 00:00 59 34 14 21 (NNE) 616 cloudy none 01:00 59 35 12 31 (NNE) 989 ptly cldy none 02:00 59 36 13 14 (NNE) 963 mstly clr none 03:00 58 36 1 343 (NNW) 973 clear none 04:00 57 36 8 348 (NNW) 958 clear none 05:00 56 37 7 1 (N) 944 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
