Several users at different locations all were having slow transfer issues. 32Mb in about 8-10 mins. I didn't seem to have any issues transfering data to my home machine. The observer noted that speeds seem to go back to normal around 23:00 tonight. Pollen count rates were about 50 grains per hr using Dimitry's counter. I could also see some grains on my windshield, although wiping them it was really hard to see them on the paper towel in 1hr. No telescope issues tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:40 khigh 335( 1217) -45 62 9.9 11.3 11.2 10.9 10.2 -- 0.90 01:08 ecamera 403( 121) 149 53 9.8 8.8 9.4 8.6 9.1 clear 0.79 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 55 18 6 262 (W) 735 clear none 17:00 60 17 3 207 (SSW) 1049 clear none 18:00 53 16 8 270 (W) 885 clear none 19:00 54 17 11 274 (W) 963 clear none 20:00 49 17 8 260 (W) 1048 clear none 21:00 50 16 12 239 (WSW) 1131 clear none 22:00 50 16 10 224 (SW) 1205 clear none 23:00 49 16 11 223 (SW) 1145 clear none 00:00 49 16 8 212 (SSW) 1314 clear none 01:00 49 17 10 263 (W) 1148 clear none 02:00 50 16 8 264 (W) 1282 clear none 03:00 48 15 13 249 (WSW) 1350 clear none 04:00 48 15 12 233 (SW) 1072 clear none 05:00 48 15 13 234 (SW) 1269 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
