They were running a older version of TUI but I had this same thing happen the other night with a different version (latest) of TUI as well. Re-starting TUI completely fixed the issue. I am wondering if it is a buffering problem backlogging the transfers until they halt. They were doing a long sequence of 10s ARCTIC exposures. All data was saved at APO. Clouds came in enough to cause issues around 04:10. We gave up at 05:10. No telescope issues tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:38 arctic 438( 1414) 183 32 12.8 11.8 12.1 11.1 11.1 BG40 2.10 20:38 NA2gdr 265(38265) 183 32 12.8 11.8 12.1 11.1 11.1 clear 1.80 01:13 ecamera 399( 235) 19 56 11.6 11.3 11.9 11.4 11.6 ND3 0.87 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 68 22 24 215 (SW) 724 mstly clr none 17:00 57 20 13 223 (SW) 1057 mstly clr none 18:00 60 24 10 193 (SSW) 1374 clear none 19:00 56 24 11 185 (S) 1766 clear none 20:00 51 28 10 165 (SSE) 1919 clear none 21:00 55 18 12 188 (S) 1977 clear none 22:00 55 17 13 194 (SSW) 2020 clear none 23:00 54 17 15 212 (SSW) 1876 clear none 00:00 53 20 17 192 (SSW) 1823 clear none 01:00 53 23 16 199 (SSW) 1932 mstly clr none 02:00 52 26 19 185 (S) 2323 mstly clr none 03:00 50 29 20 202 (SSW) 2698 ptly cldy none 04:00 49 30 15 178 (S) 2735 mstly cldy none 05:00 48 24 8 207 (SSW) 2171 cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
