After we did open, we enjoyed some periods of attention from the only cloud in the southern half of the state, making us feel very special indeed. But fortunately the radar was gone and it was usually possible to push through the clouds. The second program's observer was delayed logging in, so the first program got enough time for one extra target, but since they were both UW programs the time exchange wasn't a problem. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:10 ecamera 411( -36) -43 41 4.1 5.1 5.0 5.2 4.4 ND2 1.15 00:44 kosmos 410( 853) -36 51 3.1 1.9 3.5 2.8 2.9 - 0.83 03:14 ecamera 438( -190) 210 68 2.7 1.6 3.0 2.5 2.6 ND2 0.97 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 41 22 14 322 (NW) 842 cloudy none 17:00 42 21 14 311 (NW) 749 cloudy snow 18:00 38 27 1 249 (WSW) 776 ptly cldy none 19:00 41 24 16 302 (WNW) 824 ptly cldy none 20:00 40 24 12 315 (NW) 787 ptly cldy none 21:00 39 23 17 299 (WNW) 581 mstly clr none 22:00 39 24 16 300 (WNW) 558 mstly clr none 23:00 39 24 20 277 (W) 609 ptly cldy none 00:00 39 24 12 280 (W) 714 ptly cldy none 01:00 38 21 10 347 (NNW) 652 ptly cldy none 02:00 38 21 6 277 (W) 738 clear none 03:00 38 21 12 27 (NNE) 796 clear none 04:00 37 23 9 12 (NNE) 701 clear none 05:00 37 21 13 56 (NE) 829 clear none 06:00 36 22 6 350 (N) 856 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
