Just had to restart the nubs to get Kosmos to take images again. My 1st half observer finished a few mins early and this allowed the 2nd half observer to start a few minutes ahead of schedule. I forgot to take an IOL at midnight. I took one at the start and end of the night. No problems tonight other than some pesky clouds during 2nd half. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:45 kimage 590( 1186) 187 70 4.0 5.3 5.2 5.1 4.4 -- 0.98 00:04 arctic 458( 934) 181 80 3.5 1.8 3.2 2.8 3.0 4170 0.93 00:08 NA2gdr -2001(35998) 186 80 3.4 1.8 3.2 2.9 3.1 clear 0.95 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 42 8 15 294 (WNW) 374 clear none 17:00 43 19 10 243 (WSW) 704 clear none 18:00 40 22 11 225 (SW) 700 clear none 19:00 38 21 17 231 (SW) 686 clear none 20:00 37 23 11 260 (W) 795 clear none 21:00 37 19 14 266 (W) 667 clear none 22:00 38 12 17 266 (W) 583 clear none 23:00 37 15 16 263 (W) 528 clear none 00:00 38 12 22 286 (WNW) 686 clear none 01:00 39 14 20 277 (W) 654 clear none 02:00 38 17 26 277 (W) 644 mstly clr none 03:00 38 19 17 271 (W) 656 ptly cldy none 04:00 37 19 17 264 (W) 649 ptly cldy none 05:00 37 19 17 267 (W) 598 ptly cldy none 06:00 34 19 12 267 (W) 674 ptly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
