Restarted echelle-icc at start of night as IOL failed. Seems to be fine
now. See PR 2229.
Opened the dome at 5:58pm as cals were being taken at start of night.
OU03 finished on science a few minutes before their time ended, so those
ten minutes were given to JH01.
Closed the dome at 6:48am since it was too bright to get any data.
