Rooftop snow kept us closed all night. Gave up at 5:15. Some of the time the humidity was above limits and more snow occasionally fell. Accumulation of new rather dry snow was approximately 1.5 inches.
Started snow program just after noon. Roof heaters ran while temperatures were above -3 C. Monitored roof snow throughout the night, but no significant snow reduction was discernible even before it started snowing again. Removed about 5-6 inches of snow that had accumulated on the catwalk, while the ground/sidewalks had about 2-3 inches in the late afternoon. Very wet snow.
It started snowing and sticking again around 01:00, so I restarted the snow program which ran until closing.
Dome is parked facing south to aid solar heating snow removal.
Heaters are off (too cold).
Did morning fills, being unsure if day staff will be delayed.
