We stayed closed for a little over an hour before I threw in the towel and opened. Humidity stayed between 75 - 85 from an hour after sunset until 4:30 am, when it jumped to 90% and frost started forming on the railings and I closed. The humidity was not letting up and I called it at 5:15 am. Despite having such high humidity, the seeing was great!
