It would have been the perfect observing night, but alas, there was snow on the 3.5m dome so we had to stay closed. Had to correct the pointing/clock time on arcsat. Roof heaters stayed on all night. Kosmos LN2 hose not connecting well to Kosmos. It seems to be striped. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 30 26 5 269 (W) clear none 17:00 30 22 9 291 (WNW) clear none 18:00 31 22 8 264 (W) clear none 19:00 31 21 7 265 (W) clear none 20:00 31 22 11 288 (WNW) clear none 21:00 33 22 11 279 (W) 1044 clear none 22:00 35 20 14 276 (W) 868 clear none 23:00 35 19 14 262 (W) 734 clear none 00:00 35 18 19 265 (W) 647 clear none 01:00 33 19 16 265 (W) 666 clear none 02:00 32 8 21 276 (W) 519 clear none 03:00 30 6 17 284 (WNW) 524 clear none 04:00 30 5 10 336 (NNW) 629 clear none 05:00 31 1 25 323 (NW) 213 clear none 06:00 32 -2 23 315 (NW) 192 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
