ARCTIC failed to set quad to LL at checkout with error "set full window failed with retVal=4543058" so I had to do an init, which dropped the quad as usual. I recovered the quad tonight. We had photometric sky and really good seeing again tonight! ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:39 dssi 400( 1600) -58 74 10.2 10.8 10.7 10.4 10.2 692 0.50 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 53 2 13 213 (SSW) 520 clear none 17:00 50 -1 10 231 (SW) 637 clear none 18:00 51 -1 12 217 (SW) 331 clear none 19:00 52 1 15 213 (SSW) 275 clear none 20:00 51 -1 12 206 (SSW) 395 clear none 21:00 51 -1 13 204 (SSW) 408 clear none 22:00 50 -1 13 174 (S) 419 clear none 23:00 47 2 17 190 (S) 810 clear none 00:00 45 6 17 197 (SSW) 946 clear none 01:00 46 3 13 195 (SSW) 928 clear none 02:00 48 4 21 205 (SSW) 852 clear none 03:00 48 5 22 204 (SSW) 1016 clear none 04:00 48 8 15 196 (SSW) 1248 clear none 05:00 50 5 19 185 (S) 767 clear none 06:00 49 11 21 221 (SW) 1286 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
