Lots of lightning! My observer aborted their KOSMOS exposure which appeared to hang things, ie. it looked like the exposure was still in progress when it wasn't. I aborted the exposure from the command line via the wiki instructions, which said no exposure in progress. I then just reconnected KOSMOS to the hub, via the wiki instructions, and it worked without having to restart the torrent. Clouds and a thunderstorm closed us around 23:00. We never re-opened. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:49 khigh 329( 1220) 82 73 9.9 11.6 11.4 11.7 10.3 -- 1.19 20:24 khigh 354( 1155) 62 49 8.9 9.3 9.9 9.3 9.0 -- 1.29 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 54 20 15 221 (SW) 834 mstly clr none 17:00 55 24 12 217 (SW) 1198 mstly clr none 18:00 51 25 8 187 (S) 1385 mstly clr none 19:00 50 29 18 151 (SSE) 1495 mstly clr none 20:00 50 30 16 168 (SSE) 1512 mstly clr none 21:00 49 31 19 146 (SE) 1654 mstly clr none 22:00 49 33 13 172 (S) 1805 ptly cldy none 23:00 50 33 14 181 (S) 1785 mstly cldy none 00:00 48 33 17 160 (SSE) 1734 cloudy lt rain 01:00 48 32 18 146 (SE) 1972 cloudy rain 02:00 48 32 16 168 (SSE) 2627 cloudy rain 03:00 45 32 14 225 (SW) 2194 cloudy lt rain 04:00 45 32 21 208 (SSW) 1112 cloudy humid 05:00 45 32 13 208 (SSW) 1775 ptly cldy humid 06:00 45 32 11 239 (WSW) 2101 mstly clr humid Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
