Snow, snow, snow. We had another 2 inches fall tonight and winds gusted up to 30 mph. The wind may have calmed down but the snow never really stopped, though after 2am it was difficult to tell if the snow was coming from the clouds or the trees. I ran the snow program all night and parked the dome south. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 20 18 18 263 (W) cloudy snow 17:00 19 18 27 259 (W) cloudy snow 18:00 19 18 23 272 (W) cloudy snow 19:00 18 18 17 264 (W) cloudy snow 20:00 19 18 13 264 (W) cloudy snow 21:00 19 19 12 262 (W) cloudy lt snow 22:00 19 18 9 271 (W) cloudy lt snow 23:00 19 17 12 271 (W) cloudy snow 00:00 19 18 8 278 (W) cloudy snow 01:00 19 18 10 315 (NW) cloudy lt snow 02:00 19 17 4 343 (NNW) cloudy none 03:00 19 16 7 341 (NNW) cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
