Focused KOSMOS in image mode on the main detector. Timestamp 07:47:19 weird power fluctuation; lights flickered and the telescope stopped tracking, but we got back on sky immediately. I had to reset the mirror covers in the morning to close them. Happy Autumnal Equinox! ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:19 ecamera 479( 586) 126 74 16.0 17.3 17.2 16.6 15.7 ND3 0.86 22:27 kosmos 330( 1430) 224 32 15.9 15.5 15.9 15.3 15.8 -- 1.26 01:25 tcamera 381( 1626) 175 79 15.5 14.9 15.4 14.8 15.3 Ks 0.86 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 69 44 12 263 (W) 744 clear none 17:00 66 39 13 226 (SW) 613 clear none 18:00 64 39 10 267 (W) 661 clear none 19:00 61 39 8 263 (W) 697 clear none 20:00 60 38 11 259 (W) 777 clear none 21:00 61 37 13 257 (WSW) 708 clear none 22:00 61 35 14 277 (W) 587 mstly clr none 23:00 60 36 16 294 (WNW) 514 clear none 00:00 60 35 18 291 (WNW) 338 clear none 01:00 60 33 19 302 (WNW) 321 clear none 02:00 60 34 17 304 (NW) 372 clear none 03:00 60 33 13 309 (NW) 414 mstly clr none 04:00 59 30 10 322 (NW) 363 mstly clr none 05:00 59 30 12 311 (NW) 311 mstly clr none 06:00 59 31 16 313 (NW) 440 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
