I needed to re-home the wheel. This fixed the issue but a couple filter moves later and the wheel got lost again. The instrument was upright on the cart. I moved the wheel to several filters and it seemed to be fine, not sure what the issue was/is but seems working for the time being. I called it for the night at 05:00 with radar returns all around, and completely cloudy.
