Observing Specialist: R.DeColibus
One motion error during test slews on the alt drive, slewing downwards
from 70 alt to 10, error at about 18.5. Russet then reduced the slew speed
of the alt drive, and after several further test slews the problem did not
reoccur.
I had to power-cycle the dataq box from tron around 8 PM, because it lost
connection to windaq. Around 9 PM, I had to power-cycle it again. It
behaved for the rest of the night after that.
Smoky air during the afternoon and evening. With a combination of
humidity, smoke, and partly-to-mostly-cloudy conditions, we only opened
for about 40 minutes around sunset. The smoke and clouds did clear up
enough to open again around 03:30, but we were only open for about two
hours.
