Observing Specialist: J.Dembicky
Rain during afternoon which made things nice and wet all night long.  Humidity never
really dropped from nearly 100%.  Clouds did thin around 03:00 but with the humidity
and a fog bank nearby we didn’t have any chance of opening.
I did my fills and went to bed at 05:30.
