Observing Specialist: J.Dembicky
We didn't open for the APOLLO program due to clouds and radar returns.
The cloud completely covered us by 22:00 but there were still radar
returns before this that kept us closed.  The clouds started to dissipate
by around 04:15 but now the dust was climbing and going over the closure
limit, so we still could not open.  I gave up at 04:30
