Observing Specialist: J.Dembicky
Our onsite observers had issues logging into TUI using the guest wifi.
I also had problems when trying with my macbook.  PR issued.  It delayed us
about 15 mins but the 1st half observer had finished a little early so
no time was lost from their program.
No problems tonight.
