Obs0 had some weird aliasing going on with the window shadows too so I restarted it. Tonight was totally overcast with lots of radar and elevated 1-micron dust counts. The rain alarm went off a few times but we didn't get much actual precipitation, and the dust was mostly over the closure limits. We did an impromptu in-dome Apollo training session, and found that the guider camera isn't working. We gave up for the night at 04:00 with no real signs of imminent improvement. 16C and low humidity at the start of the night. Temps came down to about 9C, humidity went up to almost 50%. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 13 208 (SSW) 3254 cloudy none 17:00 11 233 (SW) 3173 cloudy none 18:00 7 258 (WSW) 3535 cloudy none 19:00 12 223 (SW) 3957 cloudy dust 20:00 2 118 (ESE) 7267 cloudy dust 21:00 10 129 (SE) 6971 cloudy dust 22:00 10 177 (S) 4639 cloudy dust 23:00 14 206 (SSW) 5341 cloudy dust 00:00 6 212 (SSW) 5367 cloudy dust 01:00 12 245 (WSW) 4936 cloudy lt rain 02:00 6 200 (SSW) 4306 cloudy dust 03:00 17 180 (S) 3459 cloudy lt rain 04:00 18 188 (S) 4335 cloudy dust Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
