However, the clouds were enough of an issue for BY03 that they gave up at midnight and donated the rest of their time to UW06, who was able to use it on their brighter targets. I guess I didn't hit the Start button to record the focus with klow during B half, but it was 1.22". I left the telescope parked high for the laser work today. No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:08 tcamera 571( 1275) 108 71 10.0 10.8 10.8 10.5 9.6 Ks 1.04 20:29 tcamera 515( 1213) 243 55 10.0 10.5 10.6 10.1 9.8 Ks 0.98 21:46 tcamera 448( 1107) 352 58 10.0 9.7 10.2 9.6 9.9 Ks 1.09 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 16 266 (W) 849 clear none 17:00 13 269 (W) 867 clear none 18:00 14 268 (W) 937 clear none 19:00 17 257 (WSW) 1169 mstly clr none 20:00 15 264 (W) 1171 mstly clr none 21:00 18 242 (WSW) 1372 mstly clr none 22:00 17 246 (WSW) 1393 ptly cldy none 23:00 11 268 (W) 1252 mstly cldy none 00:00 13 331 (NNW) 2002 mstly cldy none 01:00 13 298 (WNW) 1525 mstly cldy none 02:00 7 341 (NNW) 1505 ptly cldy none 03:00 18 314 (NW) 1494 mstly clr none 04:00 9 316 (NW) 1602 mstly clr none 05:00 4 343 (NNW) 1526 ptly cldy none 06:00 4 355 (N) 1434 mstly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
