Observing Specialist: D.DeColibus
It was dusty during the afternoon and evening. The 1-um dust counts hovered right at the limit for a while. Eventually, while the counts being right around 4000, we decided that since the dust counts were stable, the winds were moderate ( 1u per 0.1 cubic feet.
